Lauren is an excellent listener and she has a profound grasp and understanding of spiritual experience.

Lauren is able to take the most complex spiritual concept and make it real, allowing me to apply it easily and in a meaningful way in life situations. She challenges me to go beyond my comfort zone and at the same time is open, honest, and empathetic, providing me with a “safe” space for working through issues.

I didn’t know how to live out my passion to be a creative force in my and others’ lives until I did a series of sessions with Lauren. She models a creative person who is follows her calling—she calls this passion a “soul assignment”.
