Labyrinth

Labyrinths have a history that can be traced back over 4000 years. It is important to keep in mind—even through the words incorrectly are used interchangeably—that a labyrinth is not a maze. A maze is designed to confuse you. It is a cognitive puzzle and mazes only entered the world culture about 600 years ago. A labyrinth has only one path that leads in a cuituitious way to center. It is designed to find your way. This is what makes it a path for meditation.
